Anthony Colantuono, Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW), BSW 2006 (Hons)

I’m a counsellor based in South East Sydney, supporting people across the Sutherland Shire and beyond. With over 20 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of helping adults, young people, and families work through life’s challenges and rediscover balance, meaning, and connection.

My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to each person I work with. I use Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and other effective therapeutic strategies to support recovery from trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief.

I have a strong interest in men’s mental health, and I also work comfortably and effectively with female clients. I’m equally passionate about supporting children and adolescents, using systemic and family-based approaches to strengthen relationships and resilience.

Sessions are available in person or online, offering flexibility and accessibility wherever you are. Medicare rebates and private health fund rebates (with ancillary cover) are available for eligible clients.
